With respect to the master plants, we are here to learn about medicinal herbs and practices that help us heal our bodies and the land. We work with plants, ceremonies and practices that regulate our nervous systems, aid in recovery from illness and child birth, ease our way through menopause as well as the gentle adaptogens we use everyday. These are our focus. We are not engaging with medicines that are mind altering.

We recognize that our world holds deep systemic imbalances. We labor to heal these imbalances through true access and mutual care. Equity ticket support is prioritized based on financial need, access barriers, and a clear desire to participate in the gathering.
We invite women who would like assistance to attend. Email us at equity@plantmagickgathering.com Share your access needs, name the amount you feel you can pay and/or other ways you can be in reciprocity as well as why you want to attend. Thank you!
We invite women with financial security to be as generous as possible and add $20-$100 to the equity fund when you register. We allocate all RV and car camping fees towards equity tickets and have other fundraising ideas both prior to and during the gathering.

Gates open Thursday 1pm-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-3pm . If you are arriving outside these times, you will need to make special arrangements with the Registrar.
Opening Ceremony is 3:00 Thursday and Closing is 3:00 Sunday. We would like for everyone to be present and understand that may not be possible.
A limited number of Day Passes have just become available for Friday OR Saturday for 200$ per day with no overnight stay.
We encourage you to come for the entire weekend as we’ve seen the potent transformation that takes place when we fully arrive and drop in together. And we understand not all schedules permit a full immersion.

This is a sacred female only space. We are accepting those who identify and live their lives as women recognizing we will be focusing on female reproductive health. This is a Female based and sovereign space to be honoured and protected.
Men please respect that this is women only space. If there is an issue with the property such as toilets or the well, a male caretaker may need to come in, in which case he is certainly welcome! Much love and appreciation for the caretaking men and they will bid adieu once repair is done.

There are two large buildings. One is a beautiful 6,00 sq ft three story timberframe lodge with stairs on a hill. No wheelchair access. There is a bathroom on the main level but we ask everyone to be extremely water conscious as the well has run out in previous large gatherings. Yellow/mellow, turn water on at a trickle when washing dishes etc. There will be porta poties and composting toilets outside. There is a cold shower by the sauna. Very short showers and biodegradable soap only. Better yet don’t take any showers and pee outside! And of course there is the creek and pond.
The other house is an old farmhouse that will be for staff only. Toilets and showers there are only available to those staying in the house. The well is not designed for large groups and will be emptied if everyone uses these toilets. Please respect this limit. The kitchens will be in use for the whole gathering, and are only available workshops and communal meals. Hot water will always be available.
Did we mention there are hot tubs and a sauna?

The water is great! Swimming is at your own risk in the creek and the pond. There’s wild spring water and a good clean well with plenty of places to fill up your water bottle. The well has run dry temporarily at big gatherings so CONSERVE and when washing or showering, Turn it ON then Turn it DOWN
